Days Inn by Wyndham Fort Lauderdale Airport Cruise Port – valokuvat

I normally don't write reviews and can usually tolerate quite a bit, but this place is rough. Started by trying to get the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Called numerous times over the course of an hour, and no one picked up. I asked about it when I arrived by uber and the attendant who was nice said she was laying down because her back hurt. There may have been only one person working. Once in the room, there was definitely a bad musty smell. Baseboards in bathroom show heavy water damage which most likely means mold and can be down right dangerous. Weird fluid stains, a rusty non-functional wall safe and a couple roach/bugs were also present. Looked like sweat stains on pillow case so I just peeled off the sheets and laid on a towel to sleep for an early morning flight. I've stayed in hotels in 3rd world countries and can't say this even reaches those standards. Looking at past reviews, it looks like management says they will fix these "rare occurrences" but seems to continue. Best to look elsewhere.
